Kendra Clark, P.A.
Originally from Southern California, Kendra Clark received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University with additional post graduate clinical training from U.C.L.A. Kendra began her career 25 years ago in Clinical Psychology, and worked for 15 years for Aetna and Intermountain Healthcare providing mental health services as a clinician, researcher, and lecturer for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
In 2005, Kendra received her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah and is a nationally board certified Physician Assistant in surgery and clinical medicine.
Kendra has 25 years of medical and clinical experience and continues her passion by lecturing, mentoring and educating peer clinicians as well as volunteering with The Special OlympicsTM.
Kendra clinical sub-specialty includes neurosurgery and orthopedic spine surgery. Kendra is currently certified to practice as a physician assistant in Arizona, California and Michigan and is a certified surgical first assist with the National Surgical Assistant Association.
Kendra is a regular contributor to North American Spine Society as a speaker and presenter and currently serves on the medical team for the Ironman World ChampionshiTM in Kona, Hawaii. Kendra holds certifications in Basic Adult and Advanced Adult and Pediatric Life Support.
Additionally, Kendra is a certified laser technician as well as an advanced aesthetic injector from the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, specializing in BOTOXTM and dermal fillers.
Kendra is married and is the mother of four children, a proud “Nana” to grandson Asher and a dog mom to Bauer and Scarlet, both German Shepherds. Kendra is an avid cyclist, enjoys hiking the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and leaving Phoenix in July and August.
